Although the armor's stats aren't affected, I do understand that you might be able to take advantage of this as a member. However, I'm not sure what you think, but I'd be willing to spend my hard-earned 1 Mil GBP to change my rune to OSRS Gold a navy blue with white lining and my rune scimmy, which looks like it's made of gold.
You could sell your platebody, helm, legs or shield in order to bring it back in its original condition and color. This is one benefit that I could see. Your D-chain is a strange thing. However, you disguise it to appear as an addy or rune. If you're lucky, no one will attack you. Another alternative is to cover your mith/addy in a rune, and make sure your opponent is terrified when you pk. You could use it to "put a new strategy" to pk wildy or pvp.
They should have the ability, with some help, to build the armor. But, the attributes of this armor shouldn't be overlooked. Freeplay Members may have to pay 240k-720k to an NPC to obtain this armor. They might also need to attain certain levels of skill and/or get items for the NPC according to the type of armor.
As an example one can "paint," if desired his bronze armor by 23 level. Iron at level 31 Steel 42 and Mithril 55. Addy at 62. Rune at 76.5, Dragon at 84.1. A member could pay the same NPC if they so desired. The NPC could not be limited to metals. For instance, you could add stripes on your Dragonhide to make it look more attractive when you take a photo of your first Green Dragon.
I had an idea. P2P is Construction Level. From 23 to Cheap RS Gold buy dye/paint/make it. The ability to add stripes is available at level. 40 Construction and lvl. 40 Crafting. NPC Discounts on purchases
