Oh I did not realize that you're only 22. has not posted anything yet
The same rules apply, but with two exceptions, we cannot enter the dark portal to outlands and can't level to 70 until TBC is released in June 1st/2nd. People are excited for this pre-patch because of the two new races and talent changes, and new professions, for instance. A lot of things to work on and prepare prior to when TBC is announced.
I wasn't able to pull this many packs and be able to manage them, but I do remember farming ZG trash solo on my mage in vanilla and getting decent gold earnings, pulling only a couple of packs at a go and doing it the old fashioned way of kiting blizzards.
Of course, you cannot look to live, everytime somebody came across a technique like this blizz would nerf it. Im talking about the raid farming method to get gold, Blizz has nerfed the method after basically every expansion since they found people using this. It would have been feasible back in the day, but not for years.
I'm thinking that the levelling I'll focus on this particular aspect, is slow, I'm not going to deny that it's been designed that way, but I'm not a fan of the consistency of it. It isn't as smooth as it should be for an Hunter class with high DPS. I'm lacking mana as well as damage and gold. Because of my low mana pool, I'm unable to take down every mob. Once I've killed a mob, I must stop to regain my health and mana. There are only a couple of useful skills that can allow me to survive and take on the damage. Hopefully this will improve in the future however I am beginning to wonder if I won't stick to the game for long enough.
The levelling process is slow. I'm sure it was made to work that way but I'm not a fan of it. It's difficult to become a Hunter, even though it comes with a great DPS. I'm lacking mana, gold and damage. I am constantly dying and I am unable to kill one mob after another because I am limited by my limited mana pool. Once I have killed a mob I have to stop in order to replenish my health and mana. There are a limited number of effective techniques that can allow me to survive and deal injury. This is likely to improve in the future however, I'm beginning doubt my abilities to stick with Wow for a long time.
Oh I did not realize that you're only 22. The issue of finding enough quests isn't there if you know where to look. The addon Questie is something I hesitate to recommend. It's not the most enjoyable experience, however it will help you familiar with the game. If you don't feel like doing this, you can download Questie. It will show you many of the quests that are available. But, you might require an online guide to determine the right level zone.
