Rishikesh Yog Kendra is a respected yoga school nestled in the sacred town of Rishikesh, India—widely known as the birthplace of yoga. We offer internationally recognized teacher training programs, including our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) and 100 Hour Aerial Yoga TTC, designed to help students transform their practice and teaching abilities.

Our comprehensive courses blend traditional yogic disciplines with modern teaching techniques. Students study classical Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga, along with essential practices such as pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.
